    A method of removing excessive breast tissue by incising along the perimeter of the areola. Applied when there is relatively little sagging, characterized by scars being less noticeable as they are located at the areola border.

    A method performing a vertical incision around the areola and downward toward the lower breast. Applied to moderate macromastia as it allows correction of sagging breasts along with breast tissue removal.
