Conventional L-Osteotomy
When moving bone via vertical zygoma osteotomy,
movement is limited, yielding a relatively lesser reduction effect,

Minimizing the gap at the cut section of the rotated and shifted cheekbone is priority,
followed by firm dual fixation to tightly hold the surgical site,
preventing sagging and bone resorption caused by nonunion. -
